Every instructor is a working Connecticut real estate professional. You learn what the exam asks and what the job actually looks like.
Two classes per day, five days a week. Finish the mandatory 60 hours in under a month instead of dragging it out over a season.
To become a licensed real estate salesperson in Connecticut you must be at least 18 years old, complete a 60-hour Principles and Practices course from an approved school, pass that course's final exam, and then pass the Connecticut state licensing exam.
There are no other prerequisites — no degree, no prior experience. Most students plan on roughly $2,500–$4,000 for their first year all in, covering education, state licensing fees, board dues, and startup business costs.
Twenty sessions. If you attend every weekday, that's four weeks. Attend both a morning and evening class in the same day? Not permitted — one session per day, since both cover the same material.
Tuition is $395. Books are separate and can be purchased digitally, physically, or both. You don't need the books in hand to start class.
Two options: wait for that same class number to come around again next month at no charge, or register for a weekend makeup session at $25. Makeup sessions are posted on the class calendar.
Live, via Zoom — the state requires it. You need to be stationary, on camera, with microphone access, and present for the full three hours to get credit for the session.
Register in about five minutes and we'll send your Zoom link right away. Still deciding? Send us a note — a real person answers.
